Welcome back, everyone! Today marks the official start of the 2025-2026 school year at Dutchess Day. It was fantastic to welcome all of the students back. We hope all of our students, teachers, and families are excited for another year of learning, growth, and fun. Let`s make this year the best one yet!
We had a fantastic morning welcoming our youngest students to the preschool and kindergarten playdates! It was wonderful to see their smiles and excitement as they explored their classrooms and met their teachers. As we prepare for the first day of school tomorrow, we are thrilled to begin another year of learning, growth, and discovery with our amazing Dutchess Day community. We can`t wait to see everyone back on campus!
Our music teacher is just back from an amazing experience at the NY-ACDA (American Choral Directors` Association) conference held at Siena College, where five of our talented students participated in the esteemed honor choirs! These young musicians joined students from across the state, representing DDS with exceptional singing and dedication. From rehearsals to the grand performances, they`ve truly made us proud! A huge congratulations to all our participating students and a special shout-out to our incredible DDS teacher for her ongoing commitment to musical excellence!
