Eighth graders are bringing science to life in the lab building proteins and protein bracelets to model the process of protein synthesis! They’re discovering how a protein’s unique structure determines its function, one amino acid at a time. Hands-on, minds-on learning at its best.
In the art studio, Kindergarten, 1st, and 2nd graders are diving into mosaic-making with glass and ceramic tiles: color, crunch, and creativity everywhere! Some loved collaborating, others played with bold patterns and vibrant colors, while many crafted whimsical figures, faces, and monsters. So much imagination, one tile at a time!
Another incredible Model UN journey to Boston, where debate, diplomacy, and real-world learning come to life.
Third week of our ski/skate program, and the joy keeps building!
We love having visitors in our classrooms, and last week, the first graders had a special treat! Bubba joined them to share his musical talents, bringing in a variety of instruments for the kids to explore. He let them explore, asked questions, and even treated the class to a few songs. The joy was contagious!
The countdown is on, our annual STEAM Fair is just a few weeks away! Students across grades are deep in brainstorming, building, and testing their projects, watching curiosity turn into creation. From engineering challenges to colorful chemistry, artful designs to coding wonders, the excitement is building!
Snow day magic is real! While we’re all hunkered down, remember that these are the moments that become childhood memories.... sledding, hot cocoa, movies, and games! Stay safe, stay warm, and have fun making some winter joy.
